First, ensure you have an American Express or JCB Merchant ID. If you don't, please contact the card scheme to get one.
Then, once you have an American Express or JCB Merchant ID, call 1800 029 749 (available 24/7), and the Merchant Helpdesk will assist with adding the Merchant ID to your OnlinePay user account.

Yes. Once you've set up an API key, you can change the integration type as needed. All merchants will receive Virtual Terminal and Payment Links regardless of integration type.
