How do I set payments to be approved by 2 or more people?

Business networks can set up who can approve payments before money is transferred from an account – up to 4 approvers. They can be set up when logged in on a desktop, but this feature is not available on the Westpac App.

 

Administrators of a business network:​

 

  1. Sign in from a desktop using your 8-digit customer number and password ​
  2. Go to Administration > User administration
  3. Select Admin settings then Permissions and approvals
  4. Set the number of approvals required for each type of payment, then select Save.​
