Direct Entry Fees and Charges
IMPORTANT: You must consider the below fees and charges in conjunction with the Direct Entry Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).
The Direct Entry Fees and Charges form part of your Direct Entry Facility Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) issued by Westpac Banking Corporation ABN 33 007 457 141 AFSL and Australian credit licence 233714. The fees are charged monthly in arrears. We may introduce new fees and change existing fees from time to time in accordance with the PDS.
The Direct Entry Fees and Charges (set out below) may be varied by a Pricing Agreement (as defined in the PDS) provided with the PDS. The Pricing Agreement will prevail over the Direct Entry Fees and Charges in the event of any inconsistency, except that any fees payable under the Pricing Agreement will not exceed the Direct Entry Fees and Charges (set out below).
Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the PDS.

4. Direct Entry Payroll Transaction |

| 6. Direct Entry Exceeded TNA Limit | $22.00 | Per limit utilisation exceed. (refer to Section 3.7 of the PDS for further information) |
| 7. Direct Entry Returns | $2.75 | Per transaction charged for returned transactions |
| 8. Direct Entry Exceeded Available Funds | $22.00 | Per file, where you exceed your available funds. (refer to Section 3.8 of the PDS for further information) |
