Important information for our customers (February 2026)
We’re making changes to simplify our fee structure
From 1 February 2026, we’re making changes to:
- remove some fees;
- the fee structure for certain services;
- consolidate charges for like-services; and
- certain fee descriptions and product headings to provide customers with more clarity about the service each fee relates to.
Changes are summarised below and will be reflected in customers’ Tax Invoice/Billing Statement (“Statement”) from 1 March 2026.1
We’re removing some fees
The following fees will no longer be charged:

We’re changing PaymentsPlus email remittance charges
Email Remittance charges will be standardised across all PaymentsPlus services under the following fee. Unless we write to you directly to advise otherwise, you will be charged for the below fee at the rate previously disclosed to you.

We’re consolidating some QuickBatch fees
We’re combining (consolidating) some fees which will reduce the number of fees presented in your Statements.
Unless we write to you directly to advise otherwise, where these QuickBatch fees are consolidated:
- The amount you are charged will not increase;
- We will apply the lowest rate where fees with varying amounts are being consolidated.

The QuickBatch fees listed below will be consolidated into the fee name (fee code): QuickBatch Processed via Credit Card (QPDCCACH).

Things you should know
1. This notice replaces information previously disclosed in customers’ agreements with Westpac prior to 1 February 2026. Some changes may not impact specific customers, where a particular fee has not been quoted to them previously. Unless we write to you directly to advise otherwise, all other fees remain as previously agreed with Westpac.
2. The product heading name will be amended and presented in Statements as: PaymentsPlus – Remittances.
3. The fee names and/or product names for these fees have also been updated. Refer to “We’re updating some fee descriptions and codes” and “We’re updating the product headings presented in your Statements”.
