Billing Account Changes

From 1 April 2026, we’re updating the way your Closing Balance is calculated. Previously, only debit balances were included in the calculation of the Closing Balance at the end of each statement cycle. Now, all debit balances and credit balances from individual card accounts will be included in the calculation of the Closing Balance at the end of your statement cycle into your Billing Account.

Yes. Each month you MUST pay at least the minimum monthly payment shown on the Billing Account Statement into the Billing Account by the due date shown on your Billing Account Statement.

Any payments to a Card Account before the end of the Statement Cycle are not considered a payment of your Closing Balance. If a Card Account has a credit balance at the end of the Statement Cycle, the amount of the credit balance will be included in the calculation of the Closing Balance.

Yes. If you need to temporarily increase the amount of credit available for a specific Card Account during a statement cycle, you can do this by depositing required funds into a Card Account.

However, you MUST spend the amount of any credit balance on that Card Account BEFORE the Statement Date immediately following the deposit that put the Card Account into a credit balance. Any credit balance on a Card Account will be included when calculating your Closing Balance for that statement cycle. The amount of any Card Account credit balances will be moved to the Billing Account at the end of the statement cycle in which they occur.

Note: We recommend you do not use this temporary option frequently. If a cardholder needs a higher limit on an ongoing basis, you can request an increase to that Cardholders Credit Limit.

If your facility does not have available credit, use the form below to request a Business Credit limit increase.
