What you need to be eligible

  • You must have or be approved for a Westpac home or investment loan with a minimum loan size of $150k  
  • The property securing your Westpac home or investment loan must be the property being upgraded for energy-efficiency or climate-resilience
  • Your combined loan amounts must not require  Lenders mortgage insurance (LMI).
  • You've chosen eligible energy-efficiency upgrades from Origin, or from our list of climate-resilience upgrades, and funds are only spent on these upgrades.

  • You choose the installer you want. You must also check that the installer has a licence.
