Frequently asked questions

Can I verify a PayID®

PaymentsPlus provides an additional service for verifying PayID® details. It uses a different process than Westpac Verify with Confirmation of Payee, which only checks bank account details.

Bulk uploads for Westpac Verify must be submitted in CSV format.

Westpac Verify with Confirmation of Payee (COP) supports verification for Australian bank accounts only.
