^ Lawpath Legal and Accounting Offer Terms and Conditions​

The Lawpath Legal and Accounting Offer provides the first 10,000 Eligible Westpac customers with access to certain Lawpath legal and accounting services for a period of 12 months, subject to these Terms and Conditions

You are eligible if, at the time you accept the Offer, you hold a Westpac Business one or Business One Plus transaction account; you do not hold an active Lawpath Legal Advice Plan or Accounting Advice Plan (including any paid, trial, promotional, bundled or discounted plan); and have not previously accepted this Offer.​

The Offer includes the following Plan Inclusions:​

• two (2) complimentary 30-minute consultations with a qualified Lawpath lawyer and/or accountant;​
• unlimited on-demand live chat access with qualified Lawpath lawyers and accountants during business hours [AEST, Mon–Fri, 9AM - 5PM];​
• access to monthly live legal and accounting education workshops delivered via the Lawpath platform; and​
• a 20% discount on Lawpath's standard rates for additional legal or accounting services engaged outside the Offer, excluding disbursements, filing fees and GST.​

the Offer will be available to the first 10,000 Eligible Customers who accept the Offer unless otherwise varied or withdrawn by Westpac. Once accepted, you have 12 months from acceptance to access the Plan Inclusions. Changes to or withdrawal of the Offer will not affect customers who have already accepted it. ​

Eligible Customers can accept the Offer via the Business Centre section in Westpac Online Banking or the Westpac App. After acceptance, Eligible Customers access the Plan Inclusions directly through the Lawpath platform. ​

The Offer and Plan Inclusions are subject to Lawpath’s Offer Terms, Terms and Conditions of Use, including the Consultation terms . ​

Westpac is not a party to the Legal and Accounting Offer and does not provide, endorse, or guarantee Lawpath’s legal and accounting services made available under this Offer. To the extent permitted by law, Westpac accepts no responsibility and excludes all liability for any loss, damage or liability suffered or incurred by an Eligible Customer arising from, or in connection with, the acceptance or use of the Offer, including any acts, omissions, errors or negligent advice of Lawpath or associated service providers.​

Your rights under Australian consumer laws are not affected. At the end of the 12-month access period, you may be offered the option to move to a paid Lawpath plan, with no automatic renewal or billing without your consent. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with this Offer will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.​

For MYOB, value has been calculated based on a monthly MYOB Business Pro subscription. Samsung involves an initial purchase of $4,000, followed by a subsequent $1,000 purchase.

 

² Partner value is based upon each partner's highest subscription or annual price for the entire offer period, excluding Samsung. Samsung involves an initial $4,000 and a $1,000 subsequent purchase. Each offer is subject to the partner’s individual terms and conditions, which are specified on the partner’s website. The offers can be accessed via Online Banking, which is owned by Westpac. When you click the link to access each partner offer, you will be taken to a partner's website, which is a third-party site not owned by Westpac. Westpac is not a party to any offers or contracts which you enter into with the partners. Any services or accounts you set up with a partner as part of receiving an offer is not a Westpac account.

 

Any queries or issues with the fulfilment or maintenance of any partner offers should be addressed directly with the relevant partners.

 

Partner offers may be varied or withdrawn at any time in accordance with the partner’s Terms and Conditions and may not be available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

 

The exclusive collection of partner offers is available to Westpac Business One and Business One Plus customers only. To be eligible for the partner offers you need to hold a Westpac Business One account or a Business One Plus account and or be an authorised Administrator of a Business Network that holds a Westpac Business One or a Business One Plus account and use your Westpac Business debit or credit card or BSB and account number as the payment option for the partner offer.

 

Eligibility to the exclusive collection of partner offers is available at an account level. If you have more than one Business One or Business One Plus account, you will be eligible for the exclusive collection of partner offers on each account. However, all offers are subject to the partners terms and conditions which may include specific eligibility criteria. Please refer to the partner’s website for details.

 

If you close or no longer hold the Business One or Business One Plus account, you will no longer be eligible for the exclusive collection of partner offers and any existing partner offers connected to that account may be terminated by the partner and you may start incurring fees per the partner’s terms and conditions.

 

The exclusive collection of partner offers may be varied or withdrawn at any time in accordance with the partner’s terms and conditions and may not be available in conjunction with any other promotions.

 

Access to the exclusive collection of partner offers is provided via Westpac Online Banking on each Business One account or Business One Plus account. All account holders and authorised Administrators of a Business Network that holds a Business One or Business One Plus account will have access to the offers. If you are not already registered for online banking, you will need to register to get access to the offers.
