IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT CHANGES TO ALTITUDE BUSINESS REWARDS
On 30 September 2026, we’re making some changes to Altitude Business Rewards including increasing the points you can earn per dollar spent on eligible purchases1, and changing the points needed to redeem some rewards. These changes will only affect purchases made after 30 September 2026. Details of these changes and impacted credit cards are set out below.

Earn more Altitude Points on eligible purchases
The number of Altitude Points you could receive per dollar spent will be increasing for eligible purchases1 made after 30 September 2026. There is no decrease to your existing points balance. The 20,000 points limit per statement cycle for Altitude Business Gold and uncapped points for Altitude Business Platinum will remain unchanged.
If you receive a refund, chargeback or similar reversal for a purchase made before 30 September 2026, the related adjustment to your points balance may be affected by these changes. If you think your points adjustment is incorrect, please contact the Altitude Rewards Centre on 1300 887 820.

Changes to the way you use your Altitude Points
The number of points you need to redeem some rewards is also changing. This means some items will require more Altitude Points to redeem. For example, a $100 cashback redemption will increase from around 28,200 points to around 31,250 points. Options like merchandise redemptions, Altitude Travel and transfers to Everyday Rewards will not change.

No. Your existing Altitude Points balance will not decrease. Any Altitude Points you've already earned with your Altitude Business credit card will remain in your account and can continue to be used in line with the Altitude Business Rewards Terms and Conditions (PDF 120KB).
From 30 September 2026, you could earn more Altitude Points on some eligible purchases1 made after that date using your Altitude Business credit card. The updated earn rates are set out in the tables above.
From 30 September 2026, you’ll need more Altitude Points to be able to redeem some rewards. Options like merchandise redemptions, charitable donations, Altitude Travel and transfers to Everyday Rewards will not change. Examples of the updated redemption values are set out in the tables above.
