Rotation areas

As a Grad within Human Resources you’ll have the opportunity to rotate through different teams to build your experience and grow your network. A Grad will complete three rotations across the HR business that align with their interests and skill set, while giving them a truly diverse experience across the multitude of roles that are available in Human Resources.

In the past, our Grads’ exposure has ranged from supporting employees with HR policy advice to helping launch an employee self-service portal; contributing to the research, strategy and initiatives behind our  vision to developing websites, social media strategies and brand campaigns to attract new employees and build engagement with existing employees; and shadowing senior leaders, which provided the opportunity to participate in associated workshops, training and summits. Participating in extra-curricular groups such as The Youth Network and community initiatives, including graduate committees, is also all part of the Grad experience.
