What our graduates have to say

“I studied a Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Business at the University of Technology Sydney and in my spare time, you can find me keeping myself active by either playing sport or heading to the gym.

I may be a Finance & Accounting Grad, but I am also interested in biohacking and history.

I applied to Westpac Group as I felt it was a great place to start my career. The company provides a positive culture for employees and makes a tangible difference to everyday Australians. The graduate role allows me to try four different rotations and find engaging areas that also utilise my strengths. Additionally, I wanted a work-life balance whilst also having a wide array of career opportunities, and Westpac provides that.

I decided on the Finance & Accounting grad program as I wanted to apply my skills to drive strategic direction in the bank and make meaningful changes.
