What our graduates have to say

“I may be a Finance & Accounting Grad, but I also studied Engineering!

I applied to Westpac Group as I felt it was a great place to start my career. The company provides a great culture to its employees and allows us to make a tangible difference to everyday Australians.

I decided on the Finance & Accounting Grad Program as I want to apply my skills to drive the strategic direction of the bank and make meaningful changes”.

Currently I am still in the Graduate Program and work within the Consumer Customer Engagement – Productivity & Insights division.

The graduate journey has exposed me to different parts of the business and various roles that have allowed me to develop numerous skills and greater clarity around the areas that suit me best.

I am most looking forward to further unique experiences and exploring different parts of the business as I progress through the graduate program.

Praneet, 2021 Finance & Accounting Graduate
