These features help people with a range of different requirements to adjust their device settings for an improved banking experience.

Here are some of the key features that help make the Westpac App more accessible:

  • Screen readers – Listen to what’s on the screen and navigate a phone with gestures using VoiceOver (iOS) and TalkBack (Android)
  • Bold text – Make text thicker and easier to read
  • Larger text – Increase font size to make text easier to read without zooming
  • Colour filters – Adjust how colours are displayed to support people with colour blindness for better readability
  • Button shapes (iOS only) – Add outline or background to text in buttons for better visual cues
