Mobile Banking - Supported devices and operating systems

Our Mobile and Tablet Banking apps and mobile site are available on a wide range of Android, iOS and Windows devices. While we support many devices, experiences and performances may vary. Certain features are not available on jailbroken or rooted devices.

 

Remember to keep your mobile banking app up to date to access the full range of features and the latest enhancements, including stability improvements.

Update your mobile banking app

Update your mobile banking app to access the full range of features and the latest enhancements, including stability improvements.  

How to update your app

It's easy to upgrade to the latest version  - just follow these steps: 

Android:

  1. Open the Play Store app and slide out the left hand menu.
  2. Tap on My apps, to see apps that have an available update.
  3. Look for the banking app icon and tap on Update.

iOS devices:

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the Updates icon at the bottom of the screen.

Windows:

  1. On the Start screen, select Store to open the Windows Store.
  2. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Settings.
  3. Tap App updates.
  4. Look for the banking app icon and tap on Update.

How to check what version you are on

Open the Westpac Mobile Banking app and tap the menu button (three purple lines) located at the top left. The version number is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
