Supported devices

We highly recommend that you use the apps for optimal Mobile Banking experience. View the complete list of compatible devices and supported operating systems.

Smartphone apps:

  • Apple - iOS 8.0 and above
  • Android - Operating System 4.0.3 and above

Mobile site (

  • Apple - iOS 4.0 and above
  • Android - Operating System 2.3.3 and above
  • Windows - Windows 8

Keep in mind that the iPhone application is only available for use by Westpac Australia customers.

You can reset your password instantly if you’re registered for Westpac Protect™ SMS Code.

You can also change your password from within Mobile Banking if you think your password has been compromised.

Go to Menu > Security > Change password
