Cheque and deposit books

How do I order a cheque or deposit book?

  • Cheque books will automatically trigger to re-order once 75% of the cheques have been presented, and the new cheque book will be mailed to the mailing address that we have on record
  • Deposit books will however need to be ordered as required
  • If you wish to order another deposit book, send an email to transactionalsolutions@westpac.com.au. The email needs to contain your BSB and account number and number of books required.

Can I order deposit books with a Serial Number?

  • Serialised deposit books ease the reconciliation process by identifying individual divisions, agents, sites or stores when funds are deposited into a single account.


Please use our ordering facility to order serialised deposit books as required.
