QuickService is the primary method to communicate with your Westpac Client Service team and our Centres of Excellence. Designed to improve the customer experience by allowing you to initiate and track a range of service requests at any time.
QuickService:
Full visibility of a Service Request allowing you to track a request at anytime, with electronic notifications when a request is requiring your action.
Guided electronic forms with online authorisation.
Corporate Online Single Sign On functionality for users who have access to both QuickService and Corporate Online.
Customer Administrators have the ability to modify the Product / Service options available at a customer entity level.
Ability to add Comments and Attachments to an ‘in-progress’ Service Request.
Web based service portal available anytime, anywhere.

When you first login to QuickService, you will be asked to change your password. Your new password must be at least eight characters in length, and must contain at least one letter and one number.
