Westpac is pleased to offer a digital forms experience for its customers. Some of the features of using digital forms include:

  • For a single customer entity, the ability to open up to five bank accounts, to establish up to five direct entry facilities, five merchant facilities, three different commercial card facilities and corporate online access
  • No need to re-key the same information multiple times into multiple forms
  • One customer signing applies  to the bundle of products and services requiring to be established
  • Our goal is to make establishing products and services with Westpac fast, efficient and easy for its customers.


By using the digital forms, you can establish the following products and services:

  • Bank Account(s)
  • Direct Entry Facility/ies
  • Merchant Facility/ies
  • Commercial Card Facility/ies
  • Corporate Online


Step 1: Go to our digital forms.
Step 2: Select the products/services you wish to establish. 
Step 3: Complete the relevant information. 
Step 4: Print and sign the form and return the form to us in the usual manner.
