Getting started
Before you get started, check the EFTPOS Air device compatibility.
- Have an existing Westpac Business Transaction account to receive payments
- Apply for EFTPOS Air
- Once approved, download the EFTPOS Air app and log in using the email address you nominated during your application
- Learn about key features and how to use them
- Review the EFTPOS Air quick start guide and start taking payments.
To apply online you can be a sole trader or association. For other entity types please call us on 1800 029 749.
Take control
Use your EFTPOS Air merchant portal 24/7 to monitor transactions in real-time, view account information and manage your app online. Note: you can access the portal using the same credentials you use to access the app.
