Receiving shareholder communications

Legislative changes to the Corporations Act 2001 effective 1 April 2022 mean shareholders have rights to specify how they receive certain communications.

Receiving shareholder communications electronically is the best way to stay informed and it’s better for the environment. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to make the switch to electronic. To make the change, go to and follow the prompts.

You can elect how you would like to receive certain documents including annual reports and documents related to shareholder meetings (e.g. notices of meeting and proxy/voting forms) as follows:

  1. You can elect to receive certain documents in physical or electronic form (see details below);
  2. You can make a one-off request to receive a document in physical or electronic form by contacting Link Market Services by phone on +61 1800 804 255 or by email to; or
  3. You can tell us if you do not want to receive a copy of the Annual Report.

You can change your preferences at any time and you will always be able to access shareholder documents such as the Annual Report or notice of meeting after they are published on our website or from the ASX platform. You can elect to be notified when the Annual Report can be accessed online.
