Our new Bank Now Westpac branches have transformed the way we do banking. These innovative spaces offer an open and flexible layout, transaction cash recyclers and new digital technology including 24/7 self-service lobbies, iPads, digital marketing, video conferencing and WiFi. We're always hearing from our customers that they can't believe they're in a bank - they love the fact that our people are front-and-centre with them.

We have specially-equipped Customer Contact Centres throughout Australia, including Bedford Park in South Australia, Epping and Kogarah in New South Wales, Lomond in Tasmania and Melbourne in Victoria. Of course we also have teams in 44 operational hubs around Australia including Parramatta and Concord in New South Wales, and Lockleys in South Australia.
