Why the Mob Way?

Accelerate your career

Mob Way is a carefully designed development program focused on accelerating senior Indigenous careers. A program of personalised leadership and executive coaching, round table events and executive reverse shadowing, will help you sharpen your existing talents while developing your transferable skills to match your new role.

Extend your influence

As part of the Mob Way program, you’ll have greater connection to our executive leadership team, including our CEO. And through exclusive access to functions such as to Indigenous summits and sporting events - we’ll help you build your networks and expand your opportunities.

Connect with culture

A deep connection with culture is integral to the Mob Way program. You will get dedicated time for in-community experiences and elder led cultural immersion camps.

Thrive in the corporate world

Even as a senior professional, we recognise that this may be your first time in the corporate world. So, we want to make sure you thrive. That’s why you’ll have the additional support of yarning circles and shared learning sessions with your peers who are also on their Mob Way journey. You’ll also have a dedicated Mob Way guide to answer your questions and smooth your path - every step of the way.

Who is eligible

If you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait islander and have held a senior role in government, tech, an NGO or the corporate world then you’re eligible to apply for a role in the Mob Way Senior Uplift program. Search senior Mob Way roles to see if there’s something that suits your skill set.
