Majella was appointed as Westpac's Director, Access and Inclusion, in 2019, to lead the bank's specialist access and inclusion consulting team, building on and driving forward the strategy and vision of making accessibility and inclusion part of Westpac Group's corporate DNA. Prior to this she has held a number of IT and organisational change management roles since joining the bank in 2009, and also chaired the bank’s ABLE Employee Action Group. Majella was named 1 of 4 finalists for Australian Network on Disability's inaugural Disability Confidence Changemaker in 2022.
