Lauren Levin joined Financial Counselling Australia in 2009. In her role as Director, Policy and Campaigns she listens to the stories from financial counsellors where people end up with bad and at times tragic outcomes and asks ‘What can we do better?’ and 'Who else needs to play a role?’ She is driven by the belief that there are good people everywhere who need to work together, and she's passionate about preventing gambling harm. The first step is to talk about what is happening without shaming or blaming.
