Keith Rovers is a corporate, finance and projects lawyer and has driven many of MinterEllison’s headline project finance deals and major property developments, including King Street Wharf and Central Barangaroo, and social and economic infrastructure projects. Keith is also the firm's CSR Partner (Pro Bono & Community Investments) and in this role advises social enterprises supported by the likes of Social Ventures Australia, Social Traders, Westpac Foundation, AMP Foundation and Optus (with its Future Makers program) and manages client partnerships seeking to amplify social impact. Keith is a board member of Westpac Foundation, social enterprise incubator White Box Enterprises and a number of not-for-profit boards.
