Joel Larsen joined Westpac Group in 2011 and, as head of customer engagement for home ownership, he is focused on supporting long term relationships with customers and improving Westpac Group's competitive offering. He previously held roles including as a teller, lender, branch manager, regional manager and product leadership roles. He is also on the board of Head Start Homes, an organisation helping disadvantaged Australians into home ownership.
