Dr Jess Heerde

Dr Jess Heerde is a Westpac Bicentennial Foundation Research Fellow and adolescent health researcher at the University of Melbourne. She holds an honorary position at the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute. Jess has a strong passion for, and commitment to, leadership through her research and to improving the lives of young Australians experiencing homelessness. She has a particular interest in the use of therapeutic dogs working with young people experiencing homelessness.
