Christine Parker

Christine joined Westpac in 2007 and was appointed Group Executive, Human Resources, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability in 2011. She has responsibility for human resources strategy and management – including reward and recognition, safety, learning and development, talent, employee relations and employment policy – and also corporate affairs, sustainability and customer advocacy. Prior to joining Westpac, Christine held senior Human Resources roles with Carter Holt Harvey and Restaurant Brands New Zealand.
