Cathy was Westpac’s Head of Business Development until March 2019, responsible for building a portfolio of innovative and disruptive businesses that are complementary to Westpac’s core businesses. She collaborated with the FinTech community to meet the needs of Westpac customers and help small companies accelerate their growth through strategic partnerships with Westpac. Cathy brought 25 years’ experience in financial services, is a Non-Executive Director of FinTech companies including Equitise and Uno, and was named FemTech Leader of the Year by FinTech Business Awards 2017.
