To be eligible for 12 months free subscription on a Lawpath Essentials plan and a MYOB Pro, Lite or Payroll Only plan:

  • You must be a sole trader or a sole director of a company with an ACN
  • Your business must have a Business One transaction account
  • For the Lawpath offer, you must not be an existing Lawpath customer​
  • For the MYOB offer, you must not be an existing MYOB customer, and you must pay the first month's subscription
  • Use your Business One BSB and account number or your Westpac debit or credit card number to redeem the Lawpath offer and/or MYOB offer​.

Lawpath and MYOB will each send you an email confirming the offer after you have completed the redemption process.

You’ll need your Business One BSB and account number or your Business Bank credit card or debit card number to redeem the Lawpath offer and/or MYOB offer.

If you’re setting up a company, you’ll need first to make sure that on top of registering your business name and ABN, you also register for an ACN. You’ll need to do this to be able to open a business bank account for the company.

Compatibility: To use EFTPOS Air your iPhone or Android device will need to be Near Field Communication (NFC) enabled and running on one of the supported iPhone Operating System (iOS) or Android Operating Systems (OS), listed at https://help.eftposair.westpac.com.au/compatibility/, which may change from time to time. Tap to Pay on iPhone requires iPhone XS or later running iOS 16.4 or later and a supported payment app. Some contactless cards may not be accepted by your payment app.

5. Mobile coverage: Internet connection is required to take payments.

6. 1.4% flat rate pricing: Applies to eftpos, Mastercard and Visa payments by card or digital wallet

# $100 Welcome Offer (Welcome Offer or Offer): This Offer is available to selected customers only and is subject to eligibility requirements.

To be eligible for the $100 Welcome Offer, you must (1) open a Business One or Business One Plus transaction account (Account) (2) have deposited a minimum of $100 in a single transaction within 10 Days of account opening and (3) you must also add a payee description "WELCOME100" to the deposit transaction when transferring the $100 into your new account from another account or financial institution.

Eligibility is limited to a single offer per Account and a single offer per customer. The Offer is available to new Business One or Business One Plus transaction account customers that open a new Account during the Offer Period.  Where a Joint Account has been opened, eligibility is limited to a single offer to the primary account holder. The primary account holder is not eligible if, in the last two years, the primary account holder had held or already hold a Business One, Business One Plus, Business One Low Plan or Business One High Plan transaction account.

The $100 Welcome Offer will be provided by way of direct deposit to the newly opened Business One or Business One Plus account within 60 Business days after you meet the eligibility criteria. You are not eligible to receive the offer if you do not include the payee description of "WELCOME100" to the transfer of funds.

The Offer is available from 3rd February 2025 until 31st January 2026 (Offer Period), however, the Offer may be withdrawn or varied at any time without notice or for any reason. We may refuse to provide you or withdraw the Welcome Offer payment if, without limitation, we reasonably believe that (i) you do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or the Terms and Conditions of Business One or Business One Plus, (ii) your account is fraudulent, (iii) you are not acting in good faith, or (iv) you have closed your Business One or Business One Plus account prior to us depositing the $100 Welcome Offer into your new account. This Welcome Offer may have taxation implications. We recommend that you seek independent advice to determine any tax liability or other tax implications based on your individual circumstances. Business One and Business One Plus T&Cs also apply. Westpac Group Employees or where the customer or primary account holder is a Trust are not eligible for the Offer. 

Unless specifically defined in these Terms and Conditions, terms used here have the same meaning as those defined in the Westpac Deposit Accounts for Business Customers Terms and Conditions. 
*The exclusive collection of partner offers total has been calculated assuming you take up all partner offers for the entire offer period and, where applicable, based upon the highest subscription offered. For MYOB, value has been calculated based on a monthly MYOB Business Pro subscription. Samsung involves an initial purchase of $4,000, followed by a subsequent $1,000 purchase.

Partner value is based upon each partner's highest subscription or annual price for the entire offer period, excluding  Samsung and Uber. Samsung involves an initial $4,000 and a $1,000 subsequent purchase while for Uber, value has been calculated based on an average annual spend of $67,946 from active organisations with 200-250 employees. The prices for the partner offer prices include GST with the exception of Zii.  Refer to the partner websites for more information.

Partner offer values are shown in AUD. Non-AUD values have been converted to AUD using an indicative exchange rate as at 11/03/2025. The exchange rates are subject to market movements and therefore change continuously.

Each offer is subject to the partner’s individual terms and conditions, which are specified on the partner’s website. The offers can be accessed via Online Banking, which is owned by Westpac. When you click the link to access each partner offer, you will be taken to a partner's website, which is a third-party site not owned by Westpac. Westpac is not a party to any offers or contracts which you enter into with the partners. Any services or accounts you set up with a partner as part of receiving an offer is not a Westpac account.

Any queries or issues with the fulfilment or maintenance of any partner offers should be addressed directly with the relevant partners.

Partner offers may be varied or withdrawn at any time in accordance with the partner’s Terms and Conditions and may not be available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

The exclusive collection of partner offers is available to Westpac Business One and Business One Plus customers only. To be eligible for the partner offers you need to hold a Westpac Business One account or a Business One Plus account and or  be an authorised Administrator of a Business Network that holds a Westpac Business One or a Business One Plus account and use your Westpac Business debit or credit card or BSB and account number as the payment option for the partner offer.

Eligibility to the exclusive collection of partner offers is available at an account level. If you have more than one Business One or Business One Plus account, you will be eligible for the exclusive collection of partner offers on each account. However, all offers are subject to the partners terms and conditions which may include specific eligibility criteria. Please refer to the partner’s website for details.

If you close or no longer hold the Business One or Business One Plus account, you will no longer be eligible for the exclusive collection of partner offers and any existing partner offers connected to that account may be terminated by the partner and you may start incurring fees per the partner’s terms and conditions.

The exclusive collection of partner offers may be varied or withdrawn at any time in accordance with the partner’s terms and conditions and may not be available in conjunction with any other promotions. 

Access to the exclusive collection of partner offers is provided via Westpac Online Banking on each Business One account or Business One Plus account. All account holders and authorised Administrators of a Business Network that holds a Business One or Business One Plus account will have access to the offers. If you are not already registered for online banking, you will need to register to get access to the offers.
