Online Keypad Removal
Change to online sign-in
From the end of May 2018, we will be removing the keypad from the online sign-in screen from Westpac.com.au. We will replace the online keypad with an open text box which will be an easier and faster sign-in method.

We take your security seriously and in the unlikely event your Westpac account is compromised, we still offer our Security Guarantee (T&Cs apply).

If your Westpac account is compromised as a result of internet fraud, we guarantee to repay any missing funds, providing you comply with our Online Banking Terms and Conditions.
