Altitude offers a choice of rewards programs – Altitude Rewards (earning Altitude Points) and Altitude Qantas (earning Qantas Points). From 4 April 2018, a Qantas Rewards fee applies for customers that have selected Altitude Qantas on their card. If applicable, this fee is charged every year on or after the anniversary of your first purchase or cash advance transaction made on your card account, for as long as you remain in the Altitude Qantas program. This fee will form part of your outstanding balance and if applicable, interest will apply per the Combined Conditions of Use and Credit Guide.

No. The Qantas Rewards Fee is charged at an account level, every year. Any additional cardholder linked to the account will not pay this fee.

The changes will be reflected in the Combined Conditions of Use and Credit Guide and the Altitude Terms and Conditions will be updated to reflect the changes for Altitude Platinum and Altitude Platinum Plus account holders.
