No matter what card you have, it’s easy to check your points balance at any time.

Altitude Points

With an Altitude Points earning card, you can earn Altitude Points with every eligible purchase and redeem them for premium brands and lifestyle products, gift cards and frequent flyer points in a range of airline programs.

Checking your points balance is easy:

  • If you’re registered for Online Banking, your points balance will display within Online Banking
  • Sign in to the Altitude website via Westpac Online Banking or the Westpac App. 
  • Contact the Altitude Rewards centre on 1300 887 820.

Velocity Points

With a Velocity Points earning card, you can redeem points for flights and upgrades, fuel, car hire or hotel stays. You can check your Velocity Points balance by logging into the Velocity Frequent Flyer site.

Qantas Points

With a Qantas Points earning card, you can redeem points for flights on Qantas and its partner airlines. You can check your Qantas Points balance by logging into the Qantas Frequent Flyer site.

Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer miles

Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer miles can be redeemed for flights on Singapore Airlines and more than 20 airline partners. You can check your KrisFlyer miles balance by logging into the KrisFlyer through the Singapore Airlines site.

Redeeming your points

Redeeming Altitude Points

You can redeem your Altitude Points via the Altitude website. Simply, sign in to Westpac Online Banking or the Westpac App, select or search Rewards & Offers, click Altitude Reward Points and follow the prompts.

You can also call the Altitude Rewards Centre on 1300 887 820 (Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm AEST, excluding National Public Holidays).

Only Primary cardholders can redeem points.  

Redeeming other Rewards Points

If you have a card which earns Qantas Points, Velocity Points or KrisFlyer miles, you can redeem your points by logging into your frequent flyer programs through the airlines’ website.

Please note that only primary cardholders can redeem points.

Things you should know

Please note you are allowed to make only one annual fee redemption per card per year. The cardholder will not receive a voucher, the fee is simply credited to your credit card account.
