How do I find out the status of my replacement credit card?


If you haven't yet received your card, you should call us as soon as possible on:

  • 1300 651 089 (24 hours, 7 days a week) from anywhere in Australia
  • +61 2 9155 7700 (24 hours, 7 days a week) from overseas.

A replacement card will either be mailed to you or sent to a branch for your collection.
