What do I do if my PayWear Card has been misplaced or is lost or stolen?

If you have temporarily misplaced your PayWear, you can use Westpac Online Banking to lock your PayWear Card temporarily without impacting the use of your Westpac everyday bank account or other cards.  Once you have found your PayWear Card, simply use Westpac Online Banking to unlock it and you can start using your PayWear again.

If your PayWear has been lost or stolen, please use Westpac Online Banking to report your PayWear Card lost or stolen.  The PayWear Card will be blocked without impacting the use of your Westpac everyday bank account or other cards, and you will be issued with a replacement PayWear Card with a new number and a replacement Essentials starter pack which includes a complimentary black Keeper.  Once you have received your replacement PayWear Card, you will need to activate it via Westpac Online Banking, however, you won’t need to set up a PIN as your existing PIN still applies.

If you lost the additional PayWear Accessories you purchased from Winc, you will need to purchase a replacement.
