What do I do if the additional PayWear Accessories I purchased from Winc have broken or are defective?

If the PayWear Accessories you purchased from Winc have broken or are defective, please contact Winc Customer Service on 13 26 44 (Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm AEST). You will have the benefit of any applicable manufacturer’s warranties in respect of the PayWear Accessories to the extent permissible and Winc will assist you with your warranty claim. The benefits given by such warranties are in addition to other rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. See the Winc Returns Policy for details.
