Why are we removing the Online Keypad?

The removal of the online keypad from the login process for desktop Online Banking is in response to our customers asking for a faster and seamless sign-in experience.  Our system is as secure as it was before. You will still be protected by our multi-layered fraud detection with 24/7 fraud monitoring. In the unlikely event your Westpac account is compromised, we still offer our Security Guarantee (T&Cs apply).

Read the detail about your access codes, passwords and SecurID tokens.
