Who can use the Westpac Banking Action for Google Assistant and what accounts are eligible?

The Westpac Banking Action for Google Assistant is available to Westpac Australia customers who have an eligible Australian account and who have registered to use Westpac Mobile Banking. By using the Westpac Banking Action for Google Assistant, you agree to be bound by Westpac’s Online Banking Terms and Conditions and Google’s Terms of Service.
 

For balance and transaction requests: You can link up to 3 eligible personal accounts, including Westpac Choice, eSaver, and Altitude Black or Platinum credit cards. Most everyday bank and savings accounts, and credit cards are eligible. The following account types cannot be linked:

  • variable investment loans;
  • fixed rate personal loans;
  • investment property loans;
  • term deposits;
  • foreign currency accounts;
  • superannuation accounts and online investing accounts.

For payments: You need to link an eligible transaction account to make a payment using the Westpac Banking Action for Google Assistant to an existing payee who you’ve paid at least once before. (available on AndroidTM only)
