What should I do if I think my account has been compromised?

If you believe someone has gained unauthorised access to your Google account or a personal device connected to the Google Assistant, or if your Google or Westpac customer IDs or access codes are lost, stolen or compromised in any way, then you should immediately:


  1. unlink the Westpac Banking Action;
  2. change your compromised credentials; and
  3. notify Westpac by calling us on 1300 651 089.
