Once I've linked my Westpac Online Banking to Google Assistant, how do I use it?

To start using  you need to open the Westpac Banking Action for Google Assistant by saying “Talk to Westpac” to the Google Assistant app.

To check your balances and search transactions for your linked Westpac accounts, say phrases such as:

  • "What’s the balance of my credit card?"
  • "What are my recent transactions?"
  • "How many reward points do I have?"

To make payments (available on AndroidTM only), say a phrase that has a payment amount, the payee’s name, and a description of the payment, such as:

  • “Pay $20 to John for dinner”
  • “Pay Sue Smith $30 for office supplies”
  • “Send Joe $40 for birthday gift”

To discover what you can do with the Westpac Banking Action for Google Assistant, simply say “Talk to Westpac” and say "help".
