I've received a message to call Westpac on the ‘Verification Needed’ screen, why?

If you have not set up SMS verification for online banking or the SMS verification is temporarily blocked you will be asked to contact the Westpac Customer Care when you add your card to Fitbit Pay.  The Customer Care can check to see if you are registered for Westpac ProtectTM SMS.
