Can I use Fitbit Pay if I've lost my card?
You can keep using Fitbit Pay if your card isn't reported lost or stolen.
If the card is missing, you can put a temporary block on it or report it lost or stolen. Once you do this, Fitbit Pay will no longer work.
If you've reported the card lost or stolen, you'll be sent a replacement card. You'll need to activate the new card when it arrives and add it to Fitbit Pay.
To lock your card temporarily or report it lost or stolen:
- Westpac App - search Lock card temporarily or Report Lost or Stolen in the Smart Search bar.
- Online Banking - go to Service > Services > Card services and select Lock card temporarily or Report lost or stolen cards
