I’ve lost my card; can I still use Fitbit pay on my Fitbit smart watch?
Yes, you can continue to use Fitbit Pay as long as the physical card has not been reported lost or stolen.
To report your plastic card lost or stolen, you can:
- If registered for online banking, sign in to Westpac Online and self-serve to place a temporary block on your physical card through the Card on Hold service or report it lost or stolen.
- If not registered for online banking, call Westpac to place a hold on or cancel the physical card.
Once your plastic card is closed or placed on hold you will be unable to use Fitbit Pay.
