I’ve lost my physical card; can I still use Fitbit Pay on my Fitbit device?
Yes, you can continue to use Fitbit Pay as long as the physical card has not been reported lost or stolen.
If your physical card has been lost or stolen, you can:
- Log in to Westpac Online or Mobile Banking and self-serve to place a temporary block on your physical card through the Card on Hold service;
- Log in to Westpac Online or Mobile Banking and self-serve to report your physical card lost or stolen;
- If not registered for online banking, call Westpac Customer Care to place your physical card temporarily on hold, or report it lost or stolen.
Once your physical card is reported lost or stolen, or placed on hold you will be unable to use Fitbit Pay. If you have reported your card lost or stolen, you will receive a replacement card, which will need to be activated and re-added to Fitbit Pay.
