What do I require to successfully add a Card to Fitbit Pay?

To successfully add a Card to Fitbit Pay you’ll need to make sure you have:

  • A compatible Fitbit smart watch*
  • A compatible smart phone
  • An eligible Westpac Mastercard® which has been activated
  • The ability to verify the card using the mobile number registered for Westpac ProtectTM SMS Code. If you do not have Westpac ProtectTM SMS Code, call us on 132 032 to activate it.
