Who can I contact if I cannot sign in or need my password reset?
- If you have the same customer number for both Westpac Live (Online Banking) and WinTrade you can reset your password on the Westpac Live sign-in screen by clicking ‘Forgot customer ID or password?’ If you require assistance, contact the Westpac Live Helpdesk on 1300 655 505 8am – 8pm Sydney Time, 7 days.
- If you have a different customer number for Westpac Live (Online Banking) and WinTrade, OR if you only use WinTrade, please contact your WinTrade Company Administrator(s) who can reset your password. If your Company Administrator is unable to reset your password, contact the Corporate Online Support Team on 1300 134 291 (Option 3) or (+61 2) 9155 7737, or your Trade Service representative (8am to 5pm AEST) for further assistance.
For assistance with WinTrade product transactions or other technical issues, contact your Trade Service representative (8am-5pm AEST).
