Annual General Meeting (AGM) - 2021

Westpac’s 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on Wednesday, 15 December 2021 at 10:00am (Sydney time).

Given the ongoing restrictions and uncertainty of COVID-19, and the importance of confirming the details of the AGM, in the interests of health and safety our AGM was held as a virtual meeting. This is consistent with the Treasurer’s announcement on 10 August 2021 to renew the temporary modifications of the Corporations Act to allow companies to hold virtual only meetings until 31 March 2022.
