Personal customer - how can I order replacement token for expiring/expired token

To order replacement token:

  1. Sign in to Westpac Online Banking
  2. Select Preferences from the Services & preferences menu
  3. Click Security
  4. Click Request new token
  5. Select address and click Request new token
  6. Your token will be posted to you.

Once the token has arrived, you will need to activate it:

  1. Sign in to Westpac Online Banking
  2. Select Preferences from the Services & preferences menu
  3. Click Security
  4. Click Activate new token
  5. Click Activate
  6. Enter the serial number of the token twice, then click Confirm
  7. Enter the token code and click Authorise
  8. Your token is now ready.
