How do I order a replacement SecurID token?
If your SecurID token has expired or is due to expire, you can order a replacement in Westpac Online Banking.
- Sign in to Online Banking
- Select Service > Preferences
- Select Security > Request new token
- Select address and then Request new token
- Your token will be mailed to you.
- Sign in to Online Banking
- Select Services > Preferences
- Select Security > Activate new token
- Enter the token serial number twice and select Confirm
- Enter the token code and select Authorise
- Your token is now ready.
