How do I order a replacement SecurID token?

If your SecurID token has expired or is due to expire, you can order a replacement in Westpac Online Banking. 

  • Sign in to Online Banking
  • Select Service > Preferences
  • Select Security > Request new token
  • Select address and then Request new token
  • Your token will be mailed to you.
