How do I order a replacement SecurID token?

If your SecurID token has expired or is due to expire, you can order a replacement in Westpac Online Banking. 

  • Sign in to Online Banking
  • Select Services > Preferences
  • Select Security > Activate new token
  • Enter the token serial number twice and select Confirm
  • Enter the token code and select Authorise
  • Your token is now ready.
