Personal customer - how can I order replacement token for expiring/expired token
To order replacement token:
- Sign in to Westpac Online Banking
- Select Preferences from the Services & preferences menu
- Click Security
- Click Request new token
- Select address and click Request new token
- Your token will be posted to you.
Once the token has arrived, you will need to activate it:
- Sign in to Westpac Online Banking
- Select Preferences from the Services & preferences menu
- Click Security
- Click Activate new token
- Click Activate
- Enter the serial number of the token twice, then click Confirm
- Enter the token code and click Authorise
- Your token is now ready.
