What happens if I don't want to upgrade my Pay to Mobile to a PayID? 

If you choose not to upgrade your Pay to mobile registration to a PayID, from 7 September 2019, you'll only be able to receive Pay to Mobile payments from Westpac Bank customers.

If you want to receive payments addressed to your mobile number from St. George Group or customers at other financial institutions, please upgrade your Pay to Mobile registration to a PayID.
