How can I view eStatements?

In Westpac online banking

Sign in to online banking, Click on Overview then Statements.

On the Statements page, select the account, then enter the date or statement number to view the statements available.

In the Westpac App

Tap Self serve on the bottom menu bar, then Statements under Statements and reports. Select the account to view the statements available.

 

Having trouble? Find out why you can't see statements for closed accounts.

 

If you can’t see a statement for an account that is open, check that you have selected your statement preferences for that account to be eStatement. Find out more in our how to guide.
