What information do you collect and how is it used within the Westpac skills?


When you enable the Westpac Banking skill, you enter your Westpac customer ID and password. This lets Alexa link to your Westpac account information, but don’t worry – we don’t share your information with Amazon (or anyone else).

Amazon may collect and use certain data you provide to Alexa for the purpose of servicing you in accordance with Amazon’s Privacy Notice (including the Alexa Internet Privacy Policy), and the Alexa Terms of Use. This information is not shared with or held by Westpac.
