How do I disable or unlink a Westpac account from the Westpac Banking skill?


To unlink an account, you will first need to disable the Westpac Banking skill. You can disabled the skill by:

  1. Opening the Alexa app and navigating to ‘Skills’ in the main menu
  2. Search for ‘Westpac’
  3. Select the ‘Westpac Banking’ skill
  4. ‘Disable skill’.

Or visit, navigate to ‘Skills’, search for and select the ‘Westpac Banking’ skill, then select ‘Disable Skill’.

To update which accounts are linked; enable the skill again and select your eligible accounts when prompted.
