Getting started
So, to get started and make the most of Online Banking, just follow these 4 simple steps.
Should only take a few minutes to be up and running, depending on what (if any) Westpac accounts you have.
- If you don't already have one, open a Westpac bank account
- Obtain a 3-digit access code (Telephone Banking access code)
- Complete the Register Online form
- Sign in
Once you're banking online then you're already mobile.
Just use your existing 8 digit Customer ID and password to sign in to Mobile Banking on your phone.
